    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. It is a concern because we are just being told that two to three pages contain grammatical errors. We need people to be responsible. Can we be told who was drafting this Bill? Does it mean we do not have competent lawyers in Parliament and we have drafters who make such basic mistakes which my Standard Three son can correct? It is a concern."
