    "content": "This amendment is not in tandem with what is in Sub-clause 5. The Chairman should tell us something about it. Sub-clause 5 states thus: ―Where the Cabinet Secretary fails to act on the Agency’s recommendation in the prescribed period, the Cabinet shall inform the Agency of the reason of the failure to act in writing‖.
