Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 31 of the Bill be amended – (a) in sub-clause (3) – (i) by inserting the word ―to‖ immediately before the word ―deliver‖; and (ii) by inserting the word ―to‖ immediately before the word ―produce‖. (b) in sub-clause (4)(b) by inserting the word ―a‖ immediately before the word ―court‖ in subparagraph (ii); (c) in sub-clause (5) by inserting the words ―or her‖ immediately after the word ―his‖.
