    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, this is part of what is supposed to be done at this stage anyway. At this stage, the House is supposed to do what we are doing. Whether it is a typo or whatever else, this is the stage where we correct it. What the Chairman is trying to do here is this: The Bill refers to a person who is supposed to carry out investigations. This person could be a lady or a gentleman. The current Bill says that the person carrying out investigations is supposed to identify himself or herself. What the Chairman is adding is the idea of gender. The investigator could be a lady. What he is trying to say is that the investigator, before executing a warrant, shall identify himself or herself. I think that is in order."
