    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, on bribery, I have said in this House many times that I need some evidence. I need the names of those who take bribes. It should also be known that those who give bribes and the takers commit an offence. I will discipline the police officers who take bribes immediately if I get their names. However, we should guard against wholesale condemnation against a police officer who wants to crack down on unroadworthy vehicles. I think it is better for us to support the police in order for them to mop up the unroadworthy vehicles without coming up with the issue of bribes."
