    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I said that if I am given the names of those who are taking Kshs50 as a bribe, we shall take action. Nevertheless, we are going to investigate this matter. I have also said that police officers must have name tags with them. In fact, I am also introducing photographs so that we know who is taking bribes and who is not taking bribes. So, we are investigating the matter and once the report comes out, I will discipline those officers. In fact, they should not even be in the force. Some of them should be dismissed forthwith! So, if I can get the names of those officers or if the report vilifies them, I will definitely take action."
