    "content": "This Bill is forward looking and mothers need to make use of it. For a long time, the rights of breastfeeding mothers have been curtailed. That issue is going to be dealt with. The provision on flexible work arrangements for breastfeeding mothers is also a plus so that mothers are not punished by virtue of the fact that they have little children.
