    "content": "We are asking Members to pass this Bill because we know that once people are employed, most of them will want to get babies. So, we want them to be supported. It is good to support this Bill. That is why I am saying Kshs500 is not a lot of money. Some people could say, ―I have money and even if I am taken to court, I will pay the fine.‖ So, we need to put it as a law in this country so that in future, we have more babies and more healthy children to help this country.
