    "content": "At a later stage, I would want to propose an amendment which stipulates that only companies with a given turnover should be required by law to effect what the law is proposing here. If we pass the law as it is, every business and company must then have that facility. We will be shooting ourselves in the foot in the sense that we will not have created an opportunity for the young entrepreneurs from our universities. They have great ideas, but they lack capital.
