    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I support this Bill first as a mother who has had this experience, and as a daughter who honours a mother - although my mother went to rest on 21st May, 2017. I think this is one Bill that, if passed, is going to respect mothers and give them the opportunity they need to ensure that their children grow up well."
