    "content": "At the outset, I want to support this Bill and call upon this honourable House to support it because it has come of age whereby young ladies must take up very challenging positions both in the private and public sectors. We should not be punished for being fertile. In fact, we should thank God for that. We should not be punished for filling the earth just like God commanded. So, this is a very important Bill. We should support it so that we eventually have a healthy nation, which will be a wealthy nation."
