    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to support the proposed amendments to the Standing Order. I want to start with the amendment that Hon. Musimba wanted to bring yesterday, but he was thrown out of the House. He was proposing an amendment that would create the office of the leader of Independent candidates. I was not in the House and so, I read the HANSARD and asked people who were here to tell me what happened. I know that he is a fine gentleman. His must have been an anticipation because Hon.
