    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I will be very brief. I want to commend the Committee for having come up with these proposed amendments to the Standing Orders. I want to speak to two matters. One is the proposal on Standing Order No.178. It is, indeed, commendable that we are reserving the leadership of the Committees of Public Accounts Committee, Public Investments Committee and now the Committee on Implementation to parties other than those which form the Government.
