    "content": "Part 12B (6) talks of a select committee. It says that if the House sees that there is reason to remove a Speaker from office, it will form a select committee of 11 members. It only talks of 11 Members. It does not talk about the composition of the 11 members. Suppose the 11 Members come from one side of the House? It is important for us to specify the composition of the 11 members. It will be pointless if we are going to have all members coming from one side of the House. It will not be of any use.
