    "content": "Members did not manage to get a departmental committee. At the end of the day, you find theyare only in select committees. My experience is that it is in the departmental committees wherea lot of technical work is being done more so relating to Ministries, Departments and Agencies(MDAs). I would propose that even as we increase the number of departmental committees, itis important that we make sure that in the 12th Parliament, every Member is a member of adepartmental committee."
