Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 5 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by — (i) inserting the words “or a representative designated in writing by the Cabinet Secretary” immediately after the word “education” in paragraph (b); (ii) inserting the words “or a representative designated in writing by the Cabinet Secretary” immediately after the word “youth” in paragraph (c); (iii) inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (c) — “(ca) the Principal Secretary to the National Treasury or a representative designated in writing by the Principal Secretary;” (iv) by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph (d)—"
