    "content": "(c) at least one member represents the youth; and (d) the appointments reflect ethnic and regional diversity of the people of Kenya. (a) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “of” appearing immediately after the word “under”; (b) by inserting the following new sub clauses immediately after sub clause 2— (2A).
