    "content": "It is important to allow the CS to designate representatives to the board and the Principal Secretary (PS) for the National Treasury is proposed to be part of the board as it will be receiving public funds. The PS will advise the board on the use of the funds. Further, the PS or his representative will advise the CS for the National Treasury on any matters relating to the exemption of the board from certain fees and charges as proposed."
