    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, a lot of accidents have been happening on Kenyan roads because of lack of markings. We have this road which has been under construction for three years. The road runs from Athi River through Mlolongo to the airport, Cabanas Junction. Recently, we lost one of our top producers in the KBC, Mr. Isaac Baru, because of lack of markings on this road. When will the Assistant Minister mark this road so that we do not have more accidents on the Embakasi Mlolongo Road?"
