Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Standing Order 14 be amended by deleting paragraph (1) and substituting therefor the following paragraph— “(1) After taking and subscribing to the Oath or Affirmation of Office under Standing Order 12 ( Swearing-in of the Speaker ), the Speaker shall notify the Members of the place, date and time of the opening of Parliament, which shall be not more than thirty days after the first sitting of the House.” The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
