"content": "(a) in paragraph (1) by deleting the expression “9.00 am” appearing immediately after the words “meet at” and substituting therefor the expression “9.30 am”; (b) in paragraph (2) by deleting the expression “6.30 p.m. or (if it is an Allotted Day) at 7.00 p.m.” and substituting therefor the expression “7.00 p.m. or (if it is an Allotted Day) at 7.30 p.m. I justify this by indicating that we are just reflecting the situation as it currently is by putting it in the Standing Orders and moving the time to 9.30 a.m. for the morning session on Wednesdays and ending at 1 p.m. Further, we propose to extend the sittings in the afternoon to 7.00 p.m. from 6.30 p.m."
