Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Standing Order No.43 be amended in paragraph (1) by deleting the expression “6.00 pm” appearing immediately after the words “Tuesday at” and substituting therefor the expression “6.30 pm”. The intention is to change the timing for Members to make general statements from Tuesday at 6.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. to accommodate the time for interruption of business of the House."
