    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I indicated, the original contract for Mombasa Road to Chumvi Market, all the way to Machakos Town included road markings. But because of the cost overruns, it was not possible for us to include that. Therefore, the contract was terminated because the funds were not enough to go up to the completion stage. But I have also indicated that my Ministry has set aside a total of Kshs57,730,000 specifically for that purpose. Indeed, that will be done before January."
