    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, indeed, I have been to the airport twice in the last one month and we need to appreciate that the airport is under construction. The runway is under construction but some parts have been put aside for use because we cannot close out our business and cut all the people from using the airport. So, whatever is happening--- What is being used is still “work in progress” and when the airport is fully complete, the roughness and all that will end. As of now, I believe that the people of Kisumu want to continue traveling as we are constructing the airport."
