    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the first phase of the airport was expected to be completed by the end of this year; that is the runway, the aprons and the first terminal building. There has been some delay partly on the terminal building construction due to the roof which had to be imported. Some of the works have been interfered with by the weather but we are still on schedule and we should be having the first phase of that airport done. I am quoting the first phase because there are still some more works to come up in the future; the cargo depot and the mall spaces but for the first phase, we should be assessing that progress come the end of the year to see whether we are through with it or not."
