    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is true that the Minister toured Kisumu Airport recently in the company of myself, Mr. Shakeel, senior officers from the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) and from the Ministry. But the issues which are raised by Mr. Ochieng are very serious. I would not wish these matters to be dealt with after the alleged completion of the construction. I am aware that the Departmental Committee of the House can take up this issue and look at it more thoroughly. I wish to ask the Minister to allow this matter to be looked into by the Departmental Committee of the House so that where there are any shortfalls in respect of design and construction, we can detect them early and take action."
