Chairlady, I oppose this amendment because this is really the essence of the old Bill that if you people come to our country and there is a process, that process cannot deny them any information that they get. This clause actually also gives the person concerned the duty to comply. So, we could not have agreed with Clause 20 and the others and then we come and delete this one. Then the whole thing will be incoherent because in one place you agree that you can be represented and in another place you are saying you cannot be. I oppose this amendment."
