    "content": "THAT, Clause 30 of the Bill be amended by inserting the words “within forty eight hours” immediately after the words “government administrative centre”. The justification for this is that it ensures that an asylum seeker who enters Kenya should report this fact within 48 hours of entry into our country. In the interest of time, I will not delve into it, but I hope it is understood."
