But I know that in the monthly renewable lease agreement, there is a certain fee that has been agreed upon between the leasee and the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS). This money is retained within the KWS for its operations. It does constitute the estimates that are normally provided to this House for approval every annual year when the Budget Estimates are presented."
