Speaker, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No. 44(2)(a), on behalf of the House Business Committee, I rise to give a Statement regarding the business appearing before the House for the week beginning 30th May 2017. The House Business Committee met on Tuesday last week to give priority to business that will be considered this week and next week. Next week, the House is scheduled to consider, in the Second Reading, the following Bills: The Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) (No.6) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.65 of 2015) should we not conclude it today; The National Cohesion and Integration (Amendment) Bill; The Companies (Amendment) Bill 2017, and; The Parliamentary Service Bill of 25-05-2017.
