Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 9 of the Bill be amended- (b) by deleting sub-paragraph (iii)(b) and substituting therefor the following new subparagraph— “(b) by inserting the words “with a minimum bed capacity of thirty in the case of public hospitals and two hundred in the case of private hospitals” immediately after the word “facilities”;"
