    "content": "The import of this is that I am seeking to specify that the taxable goods for direct and exclusive use for construction of specialized hospitals and facilities, which will accommodate a minimum of 30 beds in public hospitals and a minimum of 200 beds in private hospitals be exempted from VAT. In the Act, it does not specify what types of hospitals are eligible for such exemptions. That is where I want to be very specific: 30 for public hospitals and 200 for private hospitals."
