"content": "Mine has to do with implements you use in turning that flour into ugali. These are cooking stoves that are energy efficient; clean jikos which use little fuel. They are cleaner and better for our mothers who are mostly the people who cook in our communities. In the low income communities, you want energy efficient jikos to be very affordable and accessible. That is the point. If we make raw materials for making these items cheap as per this amendment, then the finished products will be availed to the poor people at a lower price."
