    "content": "good job. Other than providing medical equipment, it has also paid, through conditional allocations, for the use of hospitals. But how many hospitals offer free medical care? Many of them still charge. In almost all of them, patients pay for medicine or they are told to go to pharmacies. Therefore, I urge counties to get more organised and provide services to the people, which are heavily compensated for by the national Government."
