    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is true that I have read that in the Press and in the Report. If you look at the Report, and this is anticipating debate, you will see those malicious charges by the Committee are merely because I chaired a House Business Committee which declined to allocate Government time to the Report. That does not amount to refusing the matter to be debated. I will be able to talk about it when it is being debated. Today, I am asking for the Report to be laid on the table of the House. When the Report on the Artur Brothers will be discussed, I will be able to show the malice of the then Committee in which several members including Mr. Speaker sat. I will be able to show the HANSARD to prove that malice."
