We are demanding those reports to be produced here because Section 35(c), which has already been quoted, confers Kenyans the right to information. It is on that basis that we are asking the Assistant Minister to table those reports. Is the Assistant Minister in order not to table the reports citing the old Constitution which he ably campaigned against?"
