    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I think this is a very serious and weighty matter. I think we need to ventilate it. I just want to put across an issue. The issue of the constitutionality has been talked about and I want to remind the Assistant Minister that the main reason why we have Ministers in the Office of the President is because we are aware that the President cannot come and sit in this House to answer Questions on behalf of the Office of the President. Therefore, telling us the appointing authority is different, to me, is out of order because we have Ministers in the Office of the President who are supposed to come and present reports in this House, on behalf of the Office of the President."
