"content": "As you exercise your mind, I would like to urge you to realize that having tabled one of the reports, that report is just a report like the others. Of greater concern to me is the Report by the Cockar Commission which was necessitated by the fact that the Government was not too sure whether to act on the resolution of this House that passed a Vote of No Confidence in hon. Amos Kimunya. Mr. Speaker, Sir, because that Report either disagreed with the House or agreed with it, I beg that you request that the Report be tabled here so that we know whether the culture of impunity of reversing what Parliament has said, so that it suits the Executive, is the reason why hon. Kimunya is not only still a Minister, but he has become a Deputy Leader of Government Business."
