Before I give this opportunity to the next speaker, I would like to recognise the presence in the Speaker’s Gallery of students from Nzoia Sugar Company Primary School from Kanduyi Constituency in Bungoma County. We welcome them to watch and learn from the proceedings of this august House. I would also wish to recognise the presence of students from Moi Primary Kabarak School from Rongai Constituency in Nakuru County. I also want to extend a welcome to them to watch the proceedings of this House. They are watching the proceedings from the Speaker’s Gallery.
