    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the work of the police is to protect lives and property but not to destroy any property. That is quite misleading. I think this particular issue of whether Mrs. Angata wants the whole parcel of five plots should have been referred to the Ministry of Lands. My officers were just enforcing what came out of the courts. I am requesting that if Mrs. Angata can pay Kshs35, 000 for the plots which were allocated to her, she will own them. As at now, she does not own those plots because she wanted the whole parcel."
