    "content": "It also allows the CS to impose anti-dumping duty on any goods dumped into this country. Dumped goods should be sold at the same price like other goods. Therefore, we need to encourage our farmers like the milk producers and maize growers. I want to thank Hon. Ochieng for having done a serious research and produced this Bill. It proposes to create the Trade Remedies Agency which will be dealing with the day to day administration. The Agency shall investigate and evaluate allegations of dumping and subsidisation of imported products into Kenya. It is good to have a standalone body which will be monitoring on a daily basis and receiving complaints and allegations of dumping."
