    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to support this Bill. As an educator, this Bill has come at the right time. The President‟s Award Bill, 2017 is going to influence the lives of our teenagers. This Bill looks at the group of 14 to 25 years. These are children who are in secondary schools, colleges and even in universities. This Bill seeks to address how the youth are going to integrate and live well with the rest of the members of society."
