    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Minister. This is the third time we have gotten information and there are a lot of contradictions. One thing which just needs to be noted is that these directors are as per the date of 23rd January, 1973, which is a long time ago. I just want the Minister to confirm that this information is up to date. But of great importance is the latest information we have received that the company is now set to wind up. It is a matter of life and death for many Kenyans who have been working with this company, who will lose their earnings and so on. In respect of the latest developments, could the Minister ensure that these workers are enjoined in the winding up application that has been made at the High Court by M/s Alpha Fine Foods Limited Kenya? I think it was filed on 3rd November, 2010."
