    "content": "came and set up youth Olympic camps. We had very many young people going through those football camps which produced some of the best footballers in the 1980s and early 1990s. This is good because it follows such a model. I have also noted that this scheme will be run by a Board. We can only hope that the Board members will be appointed on merit; and this will not be an opportunity to reward boys, cronies and sycophants. We want serious and professional people to run this programme well so that it can achieve its objectives."
