    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I just wanted to educate my good friend from Saku and tell him that it is good to point out what it is that you think is the matter with it. I bring this out because most times you look at the quality of drafting. We pay people to draft Bills. Honestly, Parliament is one of the most exalted institutions. In fact, somebody looking at a draft Bill out there will be seeing a synopsis into the character of our Parliament. Because it keeps recurring, we really--- Of course I will propose an amendment. I cannot allow words like “a matter or thing”."
