    "content": "The HBC met on Tuesday this week to prioritise the business for consideration. On Tuesday next week, the House will look at modalities of introducing a Bill to deal with the two- thirds gender rule given the recent court ruling on the matter. In this regard, we will have a Procedural Motion to exempt the Bill from the provisions of Standing Order 144(2)(b). On the same day, the following Bills are scheduled for the Second Reading, if not concluded today. 1. The Nairobi International Financial Centre Bill. 2. The President’s Award Bill, 2017. 3. The Legal Metrology Bill, 2017. 4. The Elections Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2017."
