"content": "Already, SASRA has its own tribunal which has been dealing with matters as established by the law. Proposals have been made to include it in the new constitutional amendments because it was accidentally left out. This is a point in future that when amending the Constitution, we should make sure that such a serious tribunal is chaired at the minimum by a Judge of the High Court of Kenya. This is a panel of experts and at least they should include an expert of law like a judge who will make sure that the jurisdiction is attained. Again, we see there are rules and regulations set out under this Act and the tribunals to be created by the CJ are subject to ratification by this House."
