    "content": "Looking at what has been alluded to by my fellow colleagues, I have a few issues on the composition of the board. It will have few members like the non-executive chairperson appointed by the President. The Chief Executive Officer will be an ex-officio member and the CS, Finance and four other persons with relevant international financial services experience. The composition is good and it will bring a lot of experience and good ideas to the Authority in relation to financial matters."
