Part (b) of the Question is to this effect, so that the House can follow what it is that you are taking issue with. Is the Minister satisfied that all eligible Kenyans have had equal access to the opportunities referred to in “a” above and that the appointments reflect our national diversity and have due regard to gender balance and marginalized groups in the country? The Minister has given you an answer that says: “Yes, he is satisfied!” What other answer did you expect, Ambassador Affey?"
