"content": "Last but not least, I want to say that given the importance of this, I hope that we will fast track this so that we can pass this Bill as fast as possible. My worry is corruption. We hope this will not be our undoing in this noble idea of setting Nairobi as a financial centre. Corruption is one of the biggest problems in this country but I believe that you and I should be in the forefront to fight the vice so that we can get respect and confidence from the international community because of this setup in our city. I know for sure that there will be a lot of foreign development investments in our country. There will also be foreign exchange that we badly need in this country.
